Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The City Solicitor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into an Agreement or Agreements for the hiring of outside legal counsel and consultants to assist in the representation of the Council of the City of Pittsburgh in connection with various legal matters and certain litigation matters, Zoning Board of Adjustment Docket # 200704126 and Court of Common Pleas Docket # 08-7180 at a cost not to exceed $80,000 (Eighty Thousand Dollars) $11,000 (Eleven Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2008.
