Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized, through its proper officers and officials, to enter into an Agreement of Sale or other required agreements or documents, and accept such documents and deeds, in form approved by the City Solicitor, and to take any and all actions legally required to effectuate acquisition by the City of property located at 21 Queen Street, 24^th Ward, Block and Lot Numbers 24-A-215 and 216, City of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $31,000.00, and to make such other payments as may be due, including but not limited to realty transfer taxes, recording fees and other necessary and proper expenses in the amount not to exceed $2,000.00, the aggregate amount of $33,000.00 being chargeable to and payable from the following in the amount specified:  $28,088.00 from Fund 5100, Sub-Class PGHPR, Proj/Grant 2239103 Slope Failure Remediation, Account 525500, Org. 301000, Budget Year 2004; and $4,912.00 from Fund 6100, Sub-Class PGHPR, Proj/Grant 2239103 Slope Failure Remediation, Account 525500, Org. 400000, Budget Year 2006.
