WHEREAS, William Goodrich is an outstanding professional attorney in Pittsburgh who was recently named 2008 Super Lawyer by his peers, a prestigious honor achieved by only the top 5% of attorneys state wide, and was also named one of the 2008 Top 50 25 Attorneys in Pittsburgh and Top 100 50 Lawyers in Pennsylvania; and
WHEREAS, these recent honors are a continuation of the many other accomplishments William Goodrich has achieved. Bill was recognized by Pittsburgh Magazine in 2006 and 2007 as one of Pittsburgh's Best Lawyers and one of America's Best Lawyers, and the Philadelphia Magazine named William Goodrich one of the Top 100 Lawyers in Pennsylvania in 2007 and Super Lawyer in 2004/2005/2006/2007, and;
WHEREAS, in addition to serving as President of the law firm of Goodrich and Goodrich, where he specializes in product liability, medical malpractice, premises liability, insurance arbitration, contract litigation, auto litigation, civil rights and bad faith, Bill also serves on many professional boards and charitable organizations too numerous to list; and
WHEREAS, Bill is active in his community where he currently serves as a Board Member to the Brighton Heights Citizens Federation; and has also been highly involved in the political community, both locally and statewide, in support of worthy candidatesincluding the successful judicial campaign for Beth Lazzara, his wife, and office holders; and.Mike McCarthy, to the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas.
