Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, to include but not limited to repairs, supplies, materials, equipment rental, and emergencies in connection with the Wall, Step, and Fence Program, in CDBG areas throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed Thirty six thousand nine hundred twenty eight dollars and 31 cents, ($36,928.31)  chargeable to and payable from Fund 2610, Org. 400000, Sub-Class C2004, Project 2220036, Budget Year 2004, Account 525500, Wall, Step, and Fence Program, Department of Public Works.
