Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with the Center for Victims of Violence and Crime to provide services and training for the Mayor's Youth Service Coordination Project with a cost not to exceed Twelve Thousand Dollars ($12,000). Such amounts shall be payable from the following: Fund 2481 Org 21000 Subclass 600 Account 526100 BY 2008. The agreement or agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
