Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That Section 1 of Resolution No. 592, effective December 13, 2004, is hereby amended as follows:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department, on behalf of the City, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and Lease or Leases, approved inform and substance by the Mayor, Director of the Department and the City Solicitor, for the furnishing of all supervision, labor, parts, supplies and sub-contract work needed to manage and maintain the City's fleet of vehicles in a state of repair consistent with the performance standards and service specifications required by the Department, said Agreement, Agreements, Lease or Leases to be for a period of Three (3) years, with an option by the City to extend the term for an additional twenty-seven (27) months, from February 22, 2008 through May 31, 2010 Two (2) years.


Section 2. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 592, effective December 13, 2004, as amended by Resolution No. 320, effective June 15, 2007, is hereby further amended as follows:
