Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 691 effective November 23, 2005, entitled: Amending the Capital Budget and providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program; providing for the execution of grant contracts and for the filing of other data providing for required assurances; providing for execution of payment vouchers on letter of credit and for certification of authorized signature; the deposit of the funds in a bank account and providing for the payment of expenses within categories, so as to reprogram funds from the Department of Parks & Recreation - “Maintenance and Enhancements to Recreation Centers” (-14,455.70) and transferring these funds to the Department of Personnel & Civil Service - “Summer Youth Employment Program” (+14,455.70) and further transfer funds in City Council - “Arsenal Family & Children's Center (-5,500) to the “Polish Hill Civic Association (+5,500) and various project in Council District 9.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program.
