Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 251, effective May 8, 2007, entitled, “Providing for the filing of a Community Development statement by the City of Pittsburgh with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for a grant in connection with the 2001 Community Development Block Grant Program; providing for the execution of grant contracts and for the filing of other data providing for required assurances; providing for execution of payment vouchers on letter of credit and for certification of authorized signature; the deposit of the funds in a bank account and providing for the payment of expenses within categories”, so as to reprogram funds from the Mayor's Office, “Northside Underpass-Mayor's Supplement” (-996.21); and “Swimming Pool Rehab” (-764.95) and from Public Works - “Parks Reconstruction Program” (-6,936); and transfer these funds to Personnel Civil Service - “Summer Youth Employment Program” (+8,697.16) and further transfer funds in City Council from “District 7 Equipment”
(-4,500) to the “Bloomfield Preservation & Heritage Society” (+4,500).
