NEGATIVE RECOMENDATION
Title
Resolution vacating Risby Avenue between Gladys Avenue and Dagmar Avenue in the 19th Ward, 4th Council District, of the City of Pittsburgh.

WHEREAS, it appears by the petition and affidavit on file in the Office of the City Clerk that the owners of all the property fronting or abutting on the line of Risby Avenue in the 19th Ward, 4th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh, have petitioned the council of the City of Pittsburgh to enact a resolution for the vacation of same, and
WHEREAS, said petition contains inter-alia, an indemnification for the City from any claims and from the payment of any damages whatsoever resulting to any properties owned by the petitioners or by any persons whatsoever, abutting or non-abutting, for or by reason of said vacation; therefore
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That vacating Risby Avenue between Gladys Avenue and Dagmar Avenue; beginning at a point on the Western line of Dagmar Avenue, 50 feet wide, at the dividing line between Lot 19 and Lot 20 in the E.M. Seibert and J . Fontana Plan of Lots, recorded in Allegheny County Plan Book Volume 23, page 141; thence North 8º57'11" East a distance of 45.625 feet along Dagmar Avenue being the eastern line of Block 16-L, Lot No.121 and being Lot No. 19 in said plan to a point at the true place of beginning thence by a curve to the left having a radius of 20 feet and arc distance of 32.16 feet to a point of tangency; thence North 83º 10' 49" West a distance of 240.09 feet along the Northern line of Block 16-L lot No. 46 and Lot 121 to a point on the Eastern line of Gladys Avenue, 50 feet wide, being the Northwest corner of Block 16-L, Lot No. 46; thence North 6º 49' 11" East a distance of 40.0 feet to a point on the Southwest corner of Block 16-L, Lot No 43; thence South 83º 10' 49" East a distance of 244.37 feet along the Southern line of Blo...
