Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to issue a quit claim deed for property in the 19th and 20th Wards of the City of Pittsburgh to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for required right-of-way and temporary construction easements for State Route 19, Section A-27, generally known as the West End Circle Improvement Project, for property located on Steuben Street, South Main Street, Neptune Street and Greenleaf Street. The total consideration for this property is $35,750.00 dollars.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.

Whereas; Said properties are no longer needed by the City of Pittsburgh.

Whereas; The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation requires this property for right-of-way acquisition for State Route 19, Section A-27 for the West End Circle Improvement Project.

Now, therefore be it resolved that the Director of Finance or the Mayor of The City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute and deliver a quit claim deed and temporary construction easements in form approved by the City Solicitor to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the following described properties:

A) PENNDOT Parcel No. 13, State Route 19, Section A-27
Required Right-of-Way 8,060 square feet
Total Damages $8,100.00
