Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Works to enter into an agreement or agreements with Davey Resources Group for three Licenses to TreeKeeper 7 Synchronization software program at a cost not to exceed $3,000.00.

Body      

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Davey Resource Group for three Licenses to TreeKeeper 7 Synchronization software program at a cost not to exceed Three Thousand, Dollars ($3,000.00) payable from and chargeable to the Shade Tree Trust Fund, Fund 2853, Org 400000, Sub 600, Budget Year 2007, Account 525500. The Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
