Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor to Administer the COBRA program and Flexible Spending Account program commencing January 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 at a cost not to exceed $16,750 chargeable and payable from Code Account 45, Health Care Benefits, Index Code 004507, Account 571100, Organization 999300, Fund 1000, Sub Class 040, Budget Year 2007, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
