Body
Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, with the URBAN LEAGUE OF PGH., for the implementation/administration of the HOUSING COUNSELING PROGRAM, and related costs thereof, in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the 2007 Community Development Block Grant Program, Department of City Planning, "URBAN LEAGUE COUNSELING PROGRAM", Project No. 500000-2610-110000-C2007-2216303-2007
