Title

Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for professional services for the development and implementation of recycling awareness campaigns in schools, neighborhoods, and special events recycling programs under a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania funded grant program in conjunction with the City's Recycling Program through July 27, 2007, and provide for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed ninety seven thousand five hundred dollars and eighty cents, ($97,500.80), 100% of which will be reimbursed by Commonwealth Recycling Program Grants #902-131-05. Chargeable to and payable from the Solid Waste Trust Fund, Fund 2870, Org. 400000, Account 526100, Sub-class 600, Budget year 2007,  Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services.
