Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, the Director of Public Safety, and the Director of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with EProval to provide film and event permitting application software, at an overall cost to the City not to exceed TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($250,000).

Section 2.                     Funds for said amended agreement or agreements shall be chargeable and payable from the following chart of accounts:
