Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 459, effective August 2, 2006, entitled “Providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the performance of certain work in connection with the 2006-2007 Community Development Block Grant Program, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $7,278,345” by reducing the Neighborhood Business and Economic Development line item by $700,000 and transferring the funds to Neighborhood Housing Initiative. (Council Districts: All).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 459, effective August 2, 2006, which currently reads:
“Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the following programs and activities in connection with the 2006-2007 Community Development Block Grant Program at a cost not to exceed Seven Million Two Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Five ($7,278,345) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the 2006 Community Development Block Grant Trust Fund as follows:
