Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 121 of 2003, effective March 14, 2003 entitled, “Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for various projects in connection with City Council's 2003 Community Needs Program; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof,” by amending various line items in Council District 6.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Deputy Mayor, and/or the Director of the Department of General Services, and/or the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, and/or the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, and/or the Director of the Department of City Planning and/or the City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or contracts, or use existing contracts, and/or Agreement or Agreements or use existing Agreements for various projects in connection with City Council's 2003 Community Needs Program in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Sixty Five Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Four Dollars ($565,464.00) Six Hundred One Thousand and Fourteen Dollars ($601,014.00)chargeable to and payable from the following chart-fields.
