Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements with a Consultant or Consultants for the design of the McArdle Viaduct No. 1, at a cost not to exceed $600,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following account:
