Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of KDKA-TV, in the amount of $9,300.00 for the taping and broadcasting of a commercial entitled "Beat Auto Theft" to air in November and December 2005, charging the same to the following account:
