Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Chapter 902.03, is hereby amended to change the Zoning Classification from RM-M / Residential Multi-Unit, Moderate Density to LNC / Local Neighborhood Commercial all certain properties bounded by Maeburn Rd, Morrowfield Ave, Block and Lot #87-K-033 in the Allegheny County block and lot system, Forward Ave, and Block and Lots #87-F324 and -320 in the aforesaid system, 14^th  Ward.
