Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief of the Bureau of Police to enter into an agreement with Cover Your Assets, LLC, to provide computer-based products and services relating to scheduling management, cost not to exceed $30,950.00.  

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Chief of the Bureau of Police are authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Cover Your Assets, LLC, to provide computer-based products and services relating to scheduling management at a cost not to exceed Thirty Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Dollars ($30,950.00).  Such amounts shall be payable from the following Account:  Organization: 230000, fund: 1000, sub: 150, account: 525100, budget year: 2005. The Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
