Title
Resolution declaring that City property known as Junction Hollow shall be dedicated for public park purposes and shall further become part of Schenley Park.
 
Body
WHEREAS, the City owns 27.886 ± acres know as "Junction Hollow" (the "parcels") located in the 4th and 14th Wards of the City of Pittsburgh; and  
 
WHEREAS, the parcels are further described in EXHIBIT A, which is attached hereto; and
 
WHEREAS, the City now desires to officially dedicate the parcels for public park purposes; and
 
WHEREAS, the parcel is located adjacent to Schenley Park, and the City wishes to expand the boundaries of Schenley Park to now include said parcel.
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      It is hereby declared that the above-described parcel shall hereafter officially be dedicated for park purposes and shall be added to the boundary of Schenley Park.
