Resolution declaring that certain City property shall be dedicated to become part of Frick Park.
 
Body
WHEREAS, by deed, the Urban Redevelopment Authority conveyed to the City title to 5.145 acres of land (the "parcels") to be used for public purposes; and
 
WHEREAS, the parcels are further known as Parcels 10, 11, 12 and 13 in the Summerset at Frick Park Plan of Lots and designated as part of Block 88S Lot 50 at the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania; and
 
WHEREAS, the parcels are contiguous to the boundary of Frick Park; and
 
WHEREAS, the City desires to dedicate said 5.145 acres of land for public park purposes and hereafter to become part of Frick Park.
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      It is hereby declared that the above-described parcel shall hereafter officially be dedicated for park purposes and shall constitute a portion of Frick Park.
