Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 535, effective November 12, 2004, entitled "Providing for an agreement with Creative Information Management Concepts, Inc. to redesign the YP Connection Website" by changing the contractor to Pittsburgh Public Schools.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Section 1 which current reads as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are authorized to enter into an Agreement with Creative Information Management Concepts, Inc., to redesign the YP Connection Website and thereafter to maintain the website and conduct data management at a cost not to exceed $106,390. The Agreement shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance. Fund 2481, Subclass 600, Acct. 526125, Org. No. 210000, BY 2004.
Is hereby amended as follows:
