Title

Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Chief of the Bureau of Police to enter into a license agreement with InfoUSA to provide access to investigative tools/databases, cost not to exceed $28,384.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Chief of the Bureau of Police are authorized to enter into a Five-year License Agreement or Agreements with InfoUSA to provide access to investigative tools/databases at a cost not to exceed Twenty-Eight Thousand Three Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars ($28,384.00) to be broken down according to the following schedule:

                        Year 1: $  5,240.00

                        Year 2: $  5,450.00

                        Year 3: $  5,668.00

                        Year 4: $  5,895.00

                        Year 5: $  6,131.00

                               $28,384.00

Such amounts shall be payable from the Confiscated Narcotics Proceeds Trust Fund (CNPTF), Fund: 2416, Organization Code: 230000, Account: 524770, Sub: 600, Budget Year: 2005.  The License Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
