Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 565, effective November 30, 2004, as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2002 Capital Budget and the 2002 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2002 through 2007 Capital Improvement Program by adjusting various line items in conformance with City Council's 2002 Capital Budge amendments" to adjust the amount allowed for receipts from various outside agencies regarding the City's Trail Development Program.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 565, effective November 30, 2004, which presently reads as per Attachment 1,
Is hereby amended to read as per Attachment 2.
Section 2. In all other respects, Resolution No. 565, effective January 1, 2002, remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
