Title
Resolution further amending Resolution No. 590/2003 as amended by Resolution No. 98/2001, as amended by Res. 634/2001, entitled "Resolution Providing for an Agreement/s, or Contract/s, with consultant, vendors and/or contractors for planning and/or implementing costs of the Trail Development Projects and related projects" by decreasing the allocation by $110,000 for a total cost of $1,198,374.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 98 effective March 16, 2001, as amended by Resolution No. 291 effective July 1, 2004, which presently reads as follows:
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $1,308,174, chargeable to and payable from 2001 "Department of City Planning", Trail & Bike Route Development Program, 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205904-2001."
Is amended to read as follows:
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Agreement(s) or Contract(s) with consultants, vendors and/or contractors for the purpose of planning and/or implementation cost of the Trail Development Project and related costs in support of this project, at a cost not to exceed $1,308,174 $1,198,374, chargeable to and payable from 2001 "Department of City Planning", Trail & Bike Route Development Program, 500000-5100-110000-PGHPR-2205904-2001.
