Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, and Zoning District Map Nos. 7, 11, and 12 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Strip District neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map Nos.7, 11, and 12 of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.


1. From GI, General Industrial to GT-C, Golden Triangle Sub-district C all certain property bounded by Veterans Bridge, Center of Allegheny River, Sixteenth Street Bridge and Smallman Street.

2. From UI, Urban Industrial to GT-B, Golden Triangle Sub-district C all certain property bounded by Smallman Street, Sixteenth Street Bridge, Sixteenth Street, MLJ Jr. East Busway and Veterans Bridge.

3. From GI, General Industrial to UI, Urban Industrial all certain property bounded by Veterans Bridge Sixteenth Street Bridge, Smallman Street, Twenty First Street, Mulberry Way, Twenty Seventh Street, Penn Avenue, Twenty Eighth Street, Mulberry Way, Thirty Third Street, Center of Allegheny River, Thirty Second Street; Railroad Street, 25-F-9, Center of Allegheny River, Twenty Fourth Street, Smallman Street, Twenty Third Street, and Center of Allegheny River.





4. From PO, Parks and Open Space to H, Hillside all certain property bounded by Veterans Bridge, MLK Jr. East Busway, Twenty Eighth Street Bridge, Brereton Street, Haran Street, ...
