Title
Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh enter into a professional services Contract or Contracts for the purpose of providing professional nurse case management services in connection with the monitoring of certain worker's compensation claims and medical treatment toward a goal of returning injured employees to work as soon as they are medically able to return. Cost not to exceed $ 125,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, in a form approved by the City Solicitor with : UPMC shall engage in nurse case management services in connection with the monitoring of certain worker's compensation claims and medical treatment beginning on January 1, 2006, at a cost not to exceed $ 125,000 (One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars) chargeable and payable from Code Account 44-9, Workers' Compensation Program Medical/Administration, Index Code 004499, Account 574300, Fund 1000, Organization 999300, Sub Class 040, and Budget Year 2006, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
