Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling to assist with the conduct of labor negotiations between the City and its bargaining units at a cost not to exceed $25,000 (Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2005.
