Title

Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of various vehicles, related accessories, and various equipment for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services, and provide for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed $200,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of  General services, and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of various vehicles, and related accessories to include but not limited to; light bars, radios, and hopper dumps, and various equipment, including tire cutters and wheel crushers, for the Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services, at a cost not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000.00), chargeable to and payable from Fund 2870, Org. 430000, Account 525500, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2005, Department of Public Works, Bureau of Environmental Services.
