Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City Clerk and City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements and/or Contract or Contracts, with Municipal Code Corporation for professional services in connection with the codification of ordinances enacted by the City into the Pittsburgh Code, at a cost not to exceed $21,437.15, chargeable to and payable from the following Code Accounts:
