Resolution amending Resolution No. 186, effective April 5, 2000, entitled “Providing for a Contract or Contracts, or for the use of existing Contracts for Street Tree Planting at various locations; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof,” by increasing the total project allocation by $180.00 from $96,585.00 to $96,765.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 186, effective April 5, 2000, which presently reads as follows:
"The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, for Street Tree Planting at various locations, at a cost not to exceed $96,585.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
