Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Intergovernmental Federal-Aid Project Agreement with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to provide 100% of the City's share of the additional costs for the construction of the Lower Saw Mill Run Flood Protection Improvements Project.  This amount, $344,000.00, will be deposited into Lower Saw Mill Run, Account 600000, Fund 5100, Org. 400000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Project/Grant 2231250, Budget Year 2005, and will be transferred to the Army Corp of Engineers upon invoicing the City.
