Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue a resolution in favor of the City of Pittsburgh and Region 13 entering in to an agreement in payment of services acquired  in the development of an central business district evacuation plan, to be countersigned by the Director of Public Safety and a representative of the Controllers Office, deliverable to Account 525500, Fund 2463, Sub-class 600, Budget Year 2005.
