Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Contracts for professional services to assist in the representation of the City of Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed $100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2005.
