Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a $19,000.00 warrant favor of Barbara Mason, c/o Richard S. Matesic, Esquire, 1007 Mount Royal Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15233 in settlement of a claims asserted, or which could have been asserted of, in the Civil Action filed at CA 02-2107, charging same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2005.
