Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) from Fund 1000, Organization 250000, Account 528100, Sub-Class 150, Miscellaneous Services, Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire to Fund 1000, Organization 250000, Account 533400, Sub-Class 100, Supplies, Department of Public Safety, Bureau of Fire.
