Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of Forty  Thousand ($40,000) Dollars from the Bureau of Police salary account to the Bureau of  Police uniform/allowances account.  This transfer is necessary to cover the cost of uniforms and bulletproof vests for the recruit classes in budget year 2005.  The chartfields are listed below:
