Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1. That Resolution No. 583, effective October 5, 2005, entitled,
 
"Section 1. Authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements, contract or contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor, to provide rodent control services to the residents of the City of Pittsburgh. Said agreement or agreements shall not exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000), are chargeable to and payable from the Department of Public Works Environmental Services Miscellaneous Services Account, Organization Code: 431000, Account: 526100, Fund: 1000, Sub: 150, Budget Year: 2005 Amount: $30,000.00."
 
 
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
