Resolution repealing Resolution No. 582, effective October 5, 2005, entitled, "A Resolution authorizing the transfer of a total of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars from the Office of Municipal Investigation's Miscellaneous Services Account to the Department of Public Works Environmental Services Miscellaneous Services Account."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 582, effective October 5, 2005, entitled,
"Section 1. The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the total amount of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars from the Office of Municipal Investigation's Miscellaneous Services Account, Organization Code: 108800, Account: 526100, Fund: 1000, Sub: 150, Budget Year: 2005 Amount: $30,000.00 to the Department of Public Works Environmental Services Miscellaneous Services Account, Organization Code: 431000, Account: 526100, Fund: 1000, Sub: 150, Budget Year: 2005 Amount: $30,000.00."
is hereby repealed in its entirety.
