Resolution providing for a Deed of Easement for Railroad Right-Of-Way And Parking Area to the Allegheny Valley Railroad Company, granting to said Company an easement for railroad purposes and providing for a parking easement in favor of the City of Pittsburgh, all on certain land in the 6th Ward of the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City, are hereby authorized to execute and deliver to the Allegheny Valley Railroad Company a Deed of Easement For Railroad Right-Of-Way and Parking Area, in which Parking Area the City will be granted an easement for parking purposes, pursuant to the Agreement attached hereto, to be approved finally in form and substance by the City Solicitor, on City property in the Sixth Ward of the City, as more particularly described in the Agreement, and the appropriate City officials are further authorized and directed to take such further actions and enter into such further documentation as may be deemed necessary by the City Solicitor to effectuate the purposes of this Resolution.
