Title
Resolution granting unto Eastside Limited Partnership II, 2425 Henry W. Oliver Bldg, 535 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, signs, canopies, flagpoles, sunshade and a balcony over the sidewalk areas at 5932-5956 Penn Circle South in the 7th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Eastside Limited Partnership II, 2425 Henry W. Oliver Bldg, 535 Smithfield Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, as described below:
Building A:
Signage Blade – LED lit, 6'6” out from property line, 28' 7” high, 15' up from sidewalk area; Aluminum Canopy – 5' 4” out from property line, 24' 8” in width, 32' up from sidewalk area; eight (8) Aluminum Sunshades – seven (7) 4' 6” out from property line by 9' 4” wide and one (1) 4' 6” out from property line by 21' 4” wide, 10' up from the sidewalk area; four (4) Flagpoles with brackets – 1' 3” out from property line 9” wide, 24' high, 22' 5” up from the sidewalk area; Entrance Canopy – 3' 5” and 5' 4” out from property line 8' 4” up from sidewalk area;
Building B:
Aluminum Sunshade – 3' 7” out from property line, 27' 3” wide, 9' up from sidewalk area; Balcony – 5'6” out from property line, 24' 6” wide, 35' 1” up from the sidewalk area;
at 5932 – 5956 Penn Circle South in the 7th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-565 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.
