Resolution providing for an Agreement Of Sale with Thomas Williams and Michelle Williams, his wife, for acquisition by the City of Pittsburgh of property located at 637 Corfu Street, 20th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, and providing further for certain payments not to exceed $353,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh, as follows:
Section 1. The City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized, through its proper officers and officials, to enter into an Agreement of Sale or other required agreements or documents, and accept such documents and deeds, in form approved by the City Solicitor, and to take any and all actions legally required to effectuate acquisition by the City of property of Thomas Williams and Michelle Williams, his wife, located at 637 Corfu Street, 20th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $340,000.00, and to make such other payments as may be due, including but not limited to realty transfer taxes, recording fees and other necessary and proper expenses in an amount not to exceed $13,000.00, the aggregate amount of $353,000.00 being chargeable to and payable from Code Account No. 46, Judgments, Index Code 004606.
Section 2. The settlement amount shall not be paid until on or after January 1, 2006.
