Resolution authorizing the City of Pittsburgh to issue a quit claim deed for part of City of Pittsburgh owned parcel 139-R-86 in the 32nd Ward, on Library Road to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for required right-of-way widening for State Route 88 Section A09.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  WHEREAS said property is no longer needed by the City of Pittsburgh.
 
WHEREAS the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation requires part of this property for right-of-way widening for State Route 88, Section A09 on Library Road.
 
Now, therefore, be it resolved that the proper officers of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to execute and deliver a quit claim deed in form approved by the City Solicitor to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the following described property:
 
A)      PENNDOT Parcel No. 16, State Route 88, Section A09, required Right-of-Way       of 656 square feet of land acquisition.  Slope Easement of 1,526 square feet.        Temporary Construction Easement of 1,756 square feet.
 
      TOTAL DAMAGES OFFERED:  $500.00

Section 2.  Be it further resolved that the said conveyance shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:
 
      a)    All state and local transfer taxes, if any, shall be paid by the purchaser.
 
      b)    All property closing charges shall be paid by the purchaser.
