Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and Director of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts in a form approved by the City Solicitor to Administer the COBRA program and Flexible Spending Account program commencing January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2006 at a cost not to exceed $50,000 (Fifty Thousand Dollars) chargeable and payable from Code Account 45, Health Care Benefits, Index Code 004507, Account 571100, Organization 999300, Fund 1000, Sub Class 040, Budget Years 2005 and 2006, Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission.
