Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of the Department of Finance, the Director of the Department of City Planning, and the Director of the Department of Public Works to enter into an agreement with DLM Foods, a Division of Del Monte Corporation, for a Ground Lease to facilitate aquifer water withdrawal.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor, the Director of the Department of Finance, the Director of the Department of City Planning, and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized to enter into an agreement with DLM Foods, a Division of Del Monte Corporation, for a ground lease for City property located along River Avenue in order to facilitate the withdrawal of aquifer water that will be used to supply the North Side food processing plant.
