AS AMENDED
Title
Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Sections 912.02, 912.03, 912.04 and 925.06 relative to Administrator Exception and requirements for DUMPSTERS.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Sections 912.02, 912.03, 912.04 and 925.06 relative to Administrator Exception and requirements for Dumpsters, as follows.
Section 912.02, Residential Accessory Uses and Structures, is hereby amended by adding DUMPSTERS.
Section 912.03, Non Residential Accessory Uses and Structures, is hereby amended by adding DUMPSTERS.
Section 912.04 Accessory Use and Structure Development and Operational Standards, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:
H. All dumpsters must have a minimum 6 foot screen wall and landscaping must be provided. The Zoning Administrator must approve material for the wall and plantings.
Section 916.05.C 0perating Hours is hereby amended as follows:
916.05.C Construction Operations
No use subject to the Residential Compatibility Standards shall conduct construction activities including, but not limited to, demolition, excavation and erection, unless within a fully enclosed structure, between the hours of 10pm and 6am.
Section 925.06.G.1, Features Allowed within Setbacks by Administrator's Exception, Permitted Features, is hereby amended by adding DUMPSTERS.
