Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Article One, Chapter 902 Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 17 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Regent Square neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Map No. 17 of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.


1. From RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density to R1A-H, Residential Single-Unit Attached High Density all certain property bounded by Forbes Ave, Peebles Street, 176-F-62, 176-F-63, 176-F-64, 176-F-65, Richter Way, 176-K-58, 176-K-59, Biddle Street and South Braddock Avenue.

2. From R2-L, Residential Two-Unit Low Density to RM-M, Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density all certain property bounded by Biddle Street, East End Avenue, 176-J-15, 176-J-13, 176-K-310, 176-K-311, 176-K-312, Henrietta Street, 176-J-178, 176-J-174, 176-J-172, 176-J-170 and South Braddock Avenue.

3. From R1D-L, Residential Single-Unit Detached Low Density to R1D-M Residential Single-Unit Detached Moderate Density all certain property bounded by 176-J-186, Henrietta Street, 176-J-137, 176-J-2, 176-J-3, 176-J-4, South Braddock Avenue, 176-N-24, 176-N-23, Rear Way, 176-N-73, 176-N-74, 176-N-75, Overton Street, Milton Avenue, 176-N-88, 176-N-87, 177-A-3, 177-A-5, Gamma Way, 177-A-45, 177-A-39, 177-A-37, 177-A-38, La Clair Avenue, Hutchinson Street, 177-A-80, Thays Way, 177-A-108, 177-A-107, 177...
