Oliver neighborhood in accord with Map Pittsburgh: Zoning for your Neighborhood, the city's zoning re-mapping project relative to the city's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  Section 902.03, Zoning District Map Nos. 8 and 13 of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications. Throughout this ordinance, map, block and lot numbers are used to identify properties; in all cases they are derived from the Allegheny County Block and Lot System and will be represented in the standard format of map number - block number - lot number.
 
  1. From LNC, Local Neighborhood Commercial and R2-L, Residential Two-Unit Low Density to R1D-M, Residential Single-Unit Detached Moderate Density all certain property bounded by Parkwood Road, 13-N-245, 23-A-41, St. Joseph Street, Mountain Avenue, Wagner Street, 32-E-159, Dati Way, Rectenwald Street, St. Lucas Street, 32-J-279, 32-J-248 and Ottillia Street.
  2. From PO, Parks and Open Space and R2-L Residential Two-Unit Low Density to H, Hillside all certain property bounded by Parkwood Road, Mountain Avenue, St. Joseph Street, 32-A-42, 32-A-43 and 13-N-244.
  3. From PO, Parks and Open Space and R2-L Residential Two-Unit Low Density to H, Hillside all certain property bounded by St. Lucas Street, Rectenwald Street, 32-J-151, Wagner Street, 32-J-209 and 32-J-246.
